“I don’t think anyone should fear anyone. Quite the opposite. I think it’s necessary to create that kind of world in which people don’t need to fear anything.”

(Vaclav Havel in an interview in October 2009: You Tube-Link)

Vaclav Havel’s death is a good reason to remember

that every kind of change stems from strong believes

that change derives from action (and not from talking – communication is just a lever)

that comunication without consistent behaviour is nothing

… and the Velvet Revolution of 1989 proves that everyone must be the change he/she wants to see in the world. I find this documentary interesting (take notice of Havels’ behaviour): Velvet Revolution 1989

This moment of bereavement and this special time of the year hold a great opportunity: to rethink the value of our communication. And maybe we find out that very often the value lies in silent and caring behaviour rather than in strongly verbalised opinions.

With this I would like to wish you a very blissful time with the people you love and who are vitally important to you, dedicating yourself only to the truly essential part in life: giving and receiving love.

I will be back on the 2nd of January 2012!

For all who start working with this blog it is of importance to know my personal approach to speaking, to my business and to my life in general, because the blog is the result of my personality and it is therefore not “neutral”. You should know “what I stand for” in order to know whether you want to follow my lectures.

With my work I wish to support the change I would like to see in the world:

I wish to support those people who are eager to become VISIBLY ENGAGED, which means that they wish to become empowered co-creators of economy, society and politics and role-models for others

I wish to support those people to be HEARD who are working for a bigger cause than just their own well-being (even if this is extremely important and a pre-condition of being able to give, but the recent developments in business and politics have shown that there are too many people driven by personal greed in control)

Welcome to all who decide to follow this blog, to share their comments and to consciously make a – sustainable - impact on the world in which they are living.
