Biographie
Graziella Zanoletti is a successful entrepreneur with human values. 20 years ago, she started up her company providing luxury car hire and chauffeur services. Today it has branches in Zurich, Cannes, Nice, St. Tropez, Paris, Monaco, Milano, Roma, Sao Paulo, Moscow and a turnover of almost €10 million.
Graziella Zanoletti is "convinced that positive attitude can change the world. I believe in women of the past and women of the future. Our mothers were there to protect our homes. We are here today to prepare our daughters who will change the world."
And indeed Elite Rent-a-Car changed the world by setting up 13 agencies throughout Europe, and offer 300 Exceptional cars from these European locations. Over 60 limousines and minivans are available for Chauffeured Services, with over 80 multilingual and professional Chauffeurs employed. Over 440 of the world's finest luxury hotels and resorts select Elite Rent-a-Car as a member of their preferred supplier network. Elite has signed partnership agreements with the hotels of the Swissotel Zurich and Geneva. In total, the company offers its Chauffeured Services in 500 cities and in 75 countries.
In 1987, Graziella founded the company with a clear aim in mind: "To fill the gap in the car rental industry by making luxury cars available for hire together with the appropriate customised services anytime and anywhere."
In 2001, Graziella was honoured with the "Clés d'Or" of the Geneva Hotel Concierges Association.
In 2003, she was awarded with the prestigious "Swiss Business Woman of the Year" by Veuve Clicquot.
In 2005, Elite was selected by the Airport of Zurich as their exclusive Airport Limousine Service.
In 2006, Elite received the prestigious "International Affiliate of the year 2005" award of the US "National Limousine Association".
All in all a story of success for both the company and its founder!
With Graziella as the prime motivator to protect and constantly improve the company's image, to maintain its high standards, and to guarantee exceptional vehicles and innovative concepts to meet the evolving transportation service needs of all of customers, this strategy has certainly proved as very effective.
