Biographie
Selma Prodanovic, die erste Chief Networking Officer weltweit, gilt als angesehene Expertin in der Networking-Gemeinschaft und wurde für ihre innovative Geschäftsidee mit dem „Woman Award 2006" ausgezeichnet.
Selma wurde in Sarajevo geboren, lebte in mehreren, kulturell differenten Ländern, wurde in 4 unterschiedlichen pädagogischen Systemen ausgebildet, spricht fünf Sprachen fließend und ist Spezialistin für Networking und strategisches Marketing mit 15-jähriger professioneller Erfahrung im New Business Development in Zentral-, Ost- und Südosteuropa.
Sie beratschlagt nicht nur Kunden unterschiedlichster Branchen und Geschäftszweige, sondern betreut auch verschiedenste, internationale Netzwerke wie das EuropeanPWN (12 europäische Länder), das Comdao Institut für Vernetzung (Österreich), das INiTS-Universitäres Gründerservice (Österreich), die CNO Partners (USA) und Net-Bridges (Brasilien).
Die kreative Unternehmerin bildet Netzwerk-Mitglieder aus und berät sie, gilt als gefragte Vortragende bei internationalen Events und schreibt international veröffentlichte Artikel über die Bedeutung von Networking und dessen Auswirkungen, speziell im Hinblick auf Unternehmertum, Innovation und Vielfältigkeit. Ihr Buch über „Networking & Beyond" wird Ende des Jahres auf den Markt kommen.
Ihre Erfolgsstory wurde neben anderen Lebensgeschichten erfolgreicher, österreichischer Karrierefrauen im Buch „Den eigenen Weg gehen" veröffentlicht. Des Weiteren wirkte sie bei der Erstellung des Buches „Frauenfakten: Netzwerke - Organisationen – Institutionen" mit, indem sie ein Kapitel über die Professionalisierung von Netzwerkansätzen für und von Frauen beisteuerte.
Sie ist mit ihrer ersten, großen Liebe verheiratet und stolze Mutter zweier Kinder.
Als leidenschaftliche Netzwerkerin betrachtet Selma Networking auch als wichtiges Werkzeug für nachhaltige Entwicklung und sieht darin auch die Verantwortung für Wissensvermittlung, damit alle davon profitieren können, vor allem aber auch die benachteiligten Gebiete dieser Welt.
