Biographie
Selma Prodanovic ist die Gründerin von Brainswork, dem einzigartigen Business Development Beratungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Wien. Seit nunmehr 20 Jahren ist Selma in den Bereichen New Business Development, Networking, Creative Industries und International Marketing in Europa und darüber hinaus tätig. Sie ist als „Entdeckerin und Vernetzerin" von Potenzialen bekannt. Selma gilt als anerkannte Expertin im Bereich Networking, hält zahlreiche Vorträge bei Konferenzen, sowie an Universitäten in ganz Europa und schreibt international veröffentlichte Artikel über Networking, Unternehmertum, Kreativität und Innovation. Des Weiteren entwickelte sie „Brainsworking", eine Strategie für nachhaltige Unternehmensentwicklung, die auf der Kapazität des Wissenstransfers von verschiedenen Fachgebieten basiert, um gänzlich neue und innovative Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Selma ist die Initiatorin und Vorsitzende von IncrediblEurope, der ersten Bottom-Up-Initiative, die sich für einen Wertwandel in Europa einsetzt. Diese fokussiert sich auf kreative, innovative, unternehmerisch denkende Changemaker und deren Zukunft. Das von ihr ins Leben gerufene und herausgegebene „Brainsbook on Networking" wurde von 40 Autoren aus fünfzehn Ländern geschrieben und 2009 veröffentlicht. Die Unternehmerin und Europäerin aus Leidenschaft ist davon überzeugt, dass jeder Einzelne einen positiven Unterschied in der Welt machen kann. Für ihre innovative Unternehmensphilosophie und ihr soziales Engagement wurde ihr der „WOMAN Award 2006" verliehen. 2007 nominierten sie die „Austrian Leading Ladies" zur „Netzwerkerin des Jahres" und am 8. März, dem Weltfrauentag 2010 wurde sie mit dem MiA in der Kategorie „Wirtschaft" ausgezeichnet. Im Buch „Den eigenen Weg gehen – die Erfolgsstories von Österreichischen Karrierefrauen" wurde ihr ein eigenes Kapitel gewidmet. Durch ihre Ausbildung an der Universität Sarajevo, der Saint Louis Universität in Madrid und der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien kommuniziert und unterrichtet Selma fließend in 5 Sprachen. Selma ist mit ihrer ersten großen Liebe verheiratet und stolze Mutter zweier Kinder.
