INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SPEAKERS is an International Speakers Agency with the mission of research and representation of speakers who fulfil the following criteria:
1. all experts who are represented through this agency have to foster change in companies, institutions and societies through their ACTION - that means they are true "Change-MAKERS" (good speaking-skills alone are not sufficient)
2. all experts who are represented through this agency have to be able to SPEAK of their expertise in a way that meets their audience, engages their listeners and leads them towards new ways of thinking and acting - that means they are true DRIVERS of Change
3. all experts who are represented by this agency must have an INTERNATIONAL profile - that means they not only have to look across the borders of their own countries, but they have to become effective in other countries

1. RESEARCH and PROMOTION of: people and projects worldwide who are examples for the possibilities of sustainable, fair and successful entrepreneurship and for democratic societies
2. ENABLING of: people who want to drive change in their work-place or community to communicate their ideas more effectively through trainings and coachings and through the Business Church Blog which is a source of tips and facts around the topic of "effective speaking"
