Biography

Cornelia Seewald was born in 1950 and, having studied Psychology, has continuously dealt with personal / group and business development and advancement. She worked as Scientist, Executive Coach, HR Manager and Consultant for all processes of change.

Since 1996 she offers her Know-How as independent consultant. At home in Düsseldorf, Germany, she works with clients all around the world in German and English language. She is broadly qualified in methods of psychological intervention, systematic organizational consulting, human resource management and has years of Top-management experience herself.

Her captivating book "Socially Sustainable Change Management" should be in the bookshelves of every future-oriented CEO or employee. Or at least they should listen to her lectures.
