Biography
Joan Goldsmith has been a management consultant and educator for the past 30 years, specializing in leadership development, organizational change, conflict resolution and team building. From 1985-1990, as a Principal with CSC Index, she assisted Fortune 500 clients in business reengineering, change management and human resource development.
With Warren Bennis, Joan Goldsmith co-authored the book Learning to Lead: A Workbook on Becoming a Leader (Addison Wesley). She is also a co-author, with Ken Cloke, of two additional books, Thank God it's Monday! 14 Values We Need to Humanize the Way We Work (McGraw Hill), and Resolving Conflicts at Work: A Complete Guide for Everyone on the Job (Jossey Bass Publishers).

Dr. Joan Goldsmith trained Conflict Management for the Whitecap EMA. Alongside her academic credentials, Dr. Joan Goldsmith has experience as a family therapist, leadership coach, board director and advisor, and a such has worked extensively with women's groups in the United States and internationally.
